Local Account Notes

Local accounts exist as a fallback and bypass Hela Plus authentication. Passwords are stored in runtime-data/local-passwords.json and persist across server restarts.

For day-to-day staff, provision them via Dashboard Access Control above using their Hela Plus credentials.

Password changes take effect immediately for new logins. Existing sessions remain valid until they expire.
